When to evaluate feasibility of the project?
person Author: Process Fellows
The feasibility of the project should not only be checked at the beginning of the project. This is certainly an important action point when acquiring a new project. However, during the implementation of the project, you also gain insights that can influence the feasibility of the next project phase or iteration. Checking feasibility is therefore a recurring activity during project implementation. Such feasibility checks can include, for example: risk analyses (technical, but also e.g. temporal), make-buy-reuse analyses, creation of prototypes/simulations, analysis of available resources, etc.
