Yes, SWE.1.BP1 speaks about system requirements and system architecture to derive the SW requirements from. But: SW requirements don’t all come from the system level. Some emerge during architecture or interface planning on SW level itself, e.g. boundary conditions and design constraints. That is an iterative process, and this is okay. By the way, design constraints that originate already in stakeholder requirements are typical.
