PA4.1 Quantitative Analysis Process

# PROCESS ATTRIBUTE SCOPE
The quantitative analysis process attribute is a measure of the extent to which information needs are defined, relationships between process are identified and data are collected.

# PROCESS ATTRIBUTE ACHIEVEMENTS

A1 Process information needs in support of relevant defined quantitative business goals are established.
A2 Measurable relationships between process (Element = Elements are all structural objects on architectural and design level on the left side of the "V". Such elements can be further decomposed into more fine-grained sub-elements of the architecture or design across appropriate hierarchical levels.) that contribute to the process performance, and data collection techniques and data collection frequency, are identified.
A3 Process measurement objectives are derived from process information needs.
A4 Techniques for analyzing the collected data are selected.
A5 Quantitative control limits for process performance in support of relevant business goals are established.
A6 Results of measurement are collected, validated and reported in order to monitor the extent to which the quantitative targets/objectives for process performance are met.
